PMI is THE professional organization for Project Managers, and is the certification body for the PMP credential.

Topic: OPM3: How should your organization use this standard?

Overview: This presentation will introduce you to OPM3 concepts and describe options for do-it-yourself as well as professional help. There will be a hands-on exercise to familiarize you with the maturity concepts. Other frameworks such as CMMI, IVI, and the Kerzner/IIL online assessment tool will be reviewed, so that you have a range of options to consider.

Speaker: Bob Zoller, PMP is a Project Management and PMO consultant with 25 years IT experience including technical roles and PMO roles. He has worked at a variety of organizations in the area, with industry experience in manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. He has been a member of the chapter since 2006, when he earned his PMP certification. He has supported the chapter in roles in the membership and member services areas.

  1. Every project management professional has many great job opportunities. And I must say the job is a mixture of reports, diagrams, graphs and many others. PMP is quite a not-so-easy course and it needs a lot of time to even pass the certification. Good thing, there are PMI certified online pmp training classes. There are lots of things a PMP Preparation could do to help one pass the exam. After all, life is all about learning.
